Combining her love of cooking and her love of being on the water she spent 6 years working on superyachts throughout the Mediterranean. For four years of which she was the personal chef to a Russian Oligarch, having to constantly adapt her cooking style to satisfy the diverse demands of him, his family and his guests.

Arrive at 4 The Fish Cellars to a full kitchen. Simply contact us, place your order online and we will (for an additional charge) have your groceries unpacked and waiting for you on arrival.

Pilates targets your deep postural muscles, effectively building strength from within. The exercises encourage the body to work in its correct alignment where the muscles work most effectively. Its slow controlled approach means that it gives much longer term results.
